TheLinuxStore.com, a division of EBIZ Enterprises Inc., (OTC BB:EBIZ) Thursday announced it has signed an agreement with LinuxSolve Inc., a Santa Clara-based developer and marketer of secure server appliances for Internet infrastructure.

Under the terms of the agreement, TheLinuxStore.com obtains the rights to market, promote and resell LinuxSolve's line of Linux-based server applications, running firewalls/gateways, email, file, print and web server applications all managed via its browser-based tools through mid-2001.

To promote the launch of the new relationship, TheLinuxStore.com is offering customers instant rebates for a limited time ranging from $50-$100 on the LinuxSolve server appliances.
