BPA Honors Midstate Electric Co-Op.(Brief Article)

Bonneville Power Administration has presented Midstate Electric Cooperative (LaPine, Ore.) with an honorary plaque for the cooperative's support of the environment through the purchase of "Environmentally Preferred Power."
