MELBOURNE, Jan 21 AAP - A homeless man was stabbed to death on the steps of a Melbourne
CBD church in a tragic case of mistaken identity, the Victorian Supreme Court heard today.
The claim was made on the opening day of the trial of 22-year-old Mohamud Bashe Hassan,
of Flemington, who has been charged with murdering Andrew Charles Smith, 24.
