Removal and prohibition orders have been issued by the FDIC against Glenn M. Gallant and Douglas R. Baetz. The two owned Century Financial Group, which operated the subprime credit card operations of the failed BestBank of Boulder, CoIo. The bank was closed by state regulators in july 1998.
